Dr Tom Monde, who has over 30 years’ experience in the public sector, holds several qualifications from various academic institutions, including a PhD in Management of Innovation & Technology (for sustainable economic development) from the Da Vinci Institute. He is the Co-founder and Executive Director of Thetech and serves as a Non-Executive Member of the Board of Trustees of the National Empowerment Fund.
His in-depth and invaluable knowledge of public treasury management operations, economic development, risk management and sustainability has added value to a number of organisations.
