QeMYTV WAS SOLD WITHOUT MY PERMISSION I sell ornaments at a shopping centre. Sometimes business is slow and I have to ask friends for help. Recently, no one could help and I had to go to a 'mashonisa'. The man agreed to lend me money but I had to bring him an item of value until I paid him back. I took my Plasma TV to him and he lent me R5 000. The agreement was that I'd pay back the money with interest after 14 days. After three weeks I went to give him his money, but he'd sold my TV. I'd bought it for R12 000, so how could he sell it for R5 000? Do I have any recourse?
