The National Empowerment Fund is in need of R1billion loan, Rise FM
The National Empowerment Fund is in need of R1billion to fix capital shortage and is reportally in the final stages of negotiating a loan. It claims to be negotiating with an unclosed development funds institution the NEF lack of capital has constrained it's ability to fund black owned enterprises and the situation worsened last year and it had to place a mandatorium on new loan approvals.
