One might expect pomp, ceremony and perhaps even a march-past when a Police Minister gets married – but the bridal couple opted for a function that was neither stately nor ostentatious. Attended by 600 guests, including President Jacob Zuma, Cabinet members, captains of industry, other dignitaries, celebrities, friends and family, the wedding was a relaxed, gracious affair in the beautiful gardens of Allee Bleue in Franschhoek in the Cape winelands.
