THE National Empowerment Fund (NEF) will launch its provincial office in Bloemfontein on Thursday. For the first time residents from the city and its surrounding areas will be able to receive sound advice on business planning and mentorship, among other things. The launch is seen by the fund as a necessary expansion into the rest of the country with an aim to bring increased financial and non-financial support to black entrepreneurs for growth and development. — Kamogelo Seekoei
