The Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS) and the State-Owned Enterprise Procurement Forum (SOEPF) have a shared vision to become the benchmark of leading practice for purchasing and supply communities and aim to ensure that all procurement and supply chain officials in Southern Africa have a licence to practice. Taking this vision one step further, SOEPF and CIPS SA signed a memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the two parties on Friday, 11 November 2011.
