NEF delivers faster BEE solutions The National Empowerment Fund, as an agency of the dtic, is a pivotal role-player in driving and implementing broad-based BEE through the Codes of Good Practice. More significantly, it is also a conduit for government to demonstrate its financial commitment to broadening participation in the economy. The NEF goes further in supporting the ASGISA objectives through its focus on reducing financial barriers to entry for black entrepreneurs thereby supporting job retention and creation. Equally important, the NEFis reach into communities around the country will assist with the empowerment of and participation by black women.
