On the 25th August 2011 the Hibiscus Coast Municipality held an Investment Conference at the Mondazur Hotel in San Lameer. This ground breaking event which was organised in partnership with consultants Makho Communications, was attended by role players from various business and public sector organisations, with the sole intention of sharing information on investment opportunities offered by the coast. In the words of Municipal Manager Mr Sbu Mkhize, the objective was to “harvest new ideas, listen to experts, explore new opportunities and engage to turn ideas into action plans”.
