This was the main message from speakers at the Businesswoman of the Year awards. The awards, organised by the Businesswomen's Association, and sponsored by Nedbank and Telkom, saw Philisiwe Buthelezi, the CEO of National Empowerment Fund and Dr Nondumiso Mzizana, CEO of Sikelela Medical, Dental and Pharmaceuticals, scoop the Business Woman of the Year Awards in the corporate and entrepreneurial categories.
