BLACK Management Forum (BMF) president Bonang Mohale's call for the country's various business organisations to return to the negotiating table to establish a unified business body is a bold and strategically clever move. By doing so he has placed the BMF at the centre of any such discussion, a position he is quite eager for the BMF to occupy so that it can influence the future structure and agenda of the new body. At the same time, his call has forced other business bodies, at least to declare publicly their support for the discussions and the business unity concept.
