Delegates at the Young One World Conference have been complaining about how to access money for some of their projects. President Jacob Zuma has expressed his concern that aspiring black industrialist have not yet benefited from the government's multi-million Infrastructure Development Projects. The president said this at the start of a two day at the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Summit in Midrand, Johannesburg.
