CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are hereby
informed that Mr. Victor Thembinkosi Mabuza (“Mr. Mabuza”)
has been appointed to the board of directors of Wesizwe (“the
Board”) as an independent non-executive director and chairman
of the Audit and Risk Committee of the Company with effect
from 22 August 2014.
